Pan-fried Halibut wrapped in Pancetta with cauliflower purée

Marinated and pot-roasted dry aged beef fillet with potato and horseradish cake, honey and thyme roasted multi-coloured carrots and beets

Lincolnshire poacher pie with butternut squash and wild mushrooms

Sweet Thing

Black forest gateau with marinated cherries and dark chocolate

The Cheese Board

Local English cheese board with frozen muscat grapes, seeded crackers, artisan bread and fig chutney

PLEASE NOTE: from 20:00hrs on New Year's Eve it will become quite difficult to get anywhere along the river due to the volume of people.  Therefore advice is that you board by 20:00hrs, so within the first half an hour of the boarding period.   Please have your e-ticket to hand to assist with getting through pedestrian barriers.
